Frequently asked questions
Bankroll Brief is a U.S. sports betting information and opinion newsletter. We publish analysis and opinions only. Each brief names its sources and states the risk plainly.
No. We are not a sportsbook. We never take bets, hold funds or pay winnings. You place any bets yourself with a licensed sportsbook in your state.
No. No outcome is guaranteed and there is no such thing as a sure bet. Most bettors lose money over time. Past results do not predict future ones.
Every pick is logged publicly on the Track Record page before the game starts, including wins, losses, pushes and voids. Nothing is deleted, and every result change is shown in the pick's history. Our record started Oct 19, 2026. Every graded pick, win or loss, is on the Track Record.
A unit is a fixed share of your bankroll, commonly 1-2%, that you decide before looking at the games. Keeping units steady stops bet sizes from creeping up. Use a smaller size for lower-confidence plays.
PENDING means the game has not been graded yet. WIN and LOSS are graded results. PUSH means the bet landed exactly on the line and the stake is returned. VOID means there was no play, for example a condition was not met or the game was canceled; it counts as 0 units and is not graded.
Adults who are 21 or older, or the legal age in their state. Sports betting is not legal everywhere, so check the laws where you live.
There is a free tier. Bankroll Brief Pro is available now at $19.99/month or $119.99/year. 7-day money-back: full refund within 7 days of payment. Cancel anytime. Secure checkout by Whop; see the Pricing page.
